Mother Nature Language Center

Our Mission

Mother Nature Language Center is a Chinese language and culture school. The school was founded in 2007 by Mr. Wen-Wu Liu. We offer small classes and private lessons ranging from absolute beginner to intensive courses for those who want a serious study of the language. We also offer business Chinese courses suited to professionals who need to visit China for work, both at our school and on-site.

We believe in a comprehensive approach to language teaching that includes cultural context and key historical background to help you understand not just the words, but also the settings in which you will use Chinese.

Wen-Wu Liu, Executive Director/Founder. Mr. Liu is an educator from Taiwan and directs Mother Nature offices in Taiwan and Beijing. He founded Mother Nature Language Center of Seattle in 2007 as a school for teaching Chinese language and culture to private individuals and international businesses.

Katharyn, Office Director. Ms. Doak lived, taught English and traveled in China last year. She became interested in China after taking classes in Chinese language and modern Chinese history in college. She coordinates MNLC's�course and program development, teachers and students, marketing, and various office chores.
